An intimate and exclusive event involving a cookery demonstration and wine tasting at fellow Relais & Chateaux hotel, Whatley Manor. Guests sampled South American dishes along with three matched wines (including two from Cavas Wine Lodge). This was followed by members presenting their properties to the group.
